Cancellation policy
At Fate Skincare, we are committed to offering the best value to our subscription customers. To ensure fairness and sustainability, we ask subscribers to honor a minimum of three (3) subscription fulfillments before cancellation. This protects against early cancellations when discounts or bundled savings are applied at the time of subscription.

Cancellations requested after three fulfillments may be processed at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

If a cancellation is requested before three fulfillments, the subscription will remain active until the third order has been completed.

Refunds are not issued for subscription orders already fulfilled.

Customers may update payment details, shipping address, or pause a subscription by contacting our Support Team at help@fateskincare.com or through our Support Portal.
