Cancellation policy

At Fate Skincare, we are committed to offering the best value to our subscription customers. To ensure fairness and sustainability, we ask subscribers to honor a minimum of three (3) subscription fulfillments before cancellation. This protects against early cancellations when discounts or bundled savings are applied at the time of subscription.

  • Cancellations requested after three fulfillments may be processed at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

  • If a cancellation is requested before three fulfillments, the subscription will remain active until the third order has been completed.

  • Refunds are not issued for subscription orders already fulfilled.

  • Customers may update payment details, shipping address, or pause a subscription by contacting our Support Team at help@fateskincare.com or through our Support Portal.
