At Fate Skincare, every product is handcrafted with intention and held to the highest standard of quality. If something isn’t right, we’re here to support you with integrity and care.

30-Day Satisfaction Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipping to you is always free.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How to Start a Return

Email help@fateskincare.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason

We will reply with the return address and packing instructions.

Return Shipping

Returns may be sent via any trackable carrier.
Tracking is required, as refunds cannot be issued for parcels lost in transit without tracking.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method—or as store credit—within 3–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Since your original order shipped free, your refund will include:

  • The full product price
  • Applicable tax

Exchanges

To exchange an item, email help@fateskincare.com with your order number and the item you’d like instead.

Your exchange will ship once the return has been scanned by your carrier.

Eligibility Requirements

To maintain product integrity and safety:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Returned items must be shipped within 10 days of receiving instructions

Not Eligible for Return

  • Final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Sample packs
  • Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos:
