The Try Before You Buy™ Hand-Wash Ritual
One of the most popular ways to experience Fate Skincare™ is through our guided hand-wash ritual.
The hands provide an immediate way to notice rough texture, dryness, buildup, calluses, and the effects of frequent washing.
During the experience, both hands are treated because they work together throughout the washing process.
Afterward, you can compare the softer, freshly treated skin on your hands with the untreated skin farther up your wrists or forearms.
That comparison helps you feel the difference for yourself.
Step One: Share What You Notice
Before the demonstration begins, a Fate Skincare team member may ask what you currently notice about your skin.
You may be experiencing dryness, rough texture, calluses, frequent hand washing, sensitivity, or skin that does not stay moisturized.
This helps us guide you toward an appropriate product experience.
Step Two: Cleanse or Exfoliate
A small amount of a selected Fate Skincare cleanser or scrub is applied to your hands.
You will be shown how much product to use and how to massage it across the palms, fingers, knuckles, backs of the hands, and other rough-feeling areas.
Both hands are used throughout the process, just as they would be during normal hand washing.
Step Three: Rinse
The product is rinsed away so you can feel your skin clearly.
This allows you to notice how your hands feel after cleansing or exfoliating, without relying on appearance alone.
Step Four: Moisturize
A small amount of Mango Body Butter™ may be applied to help soften the skin and support longer-lasting moisture.
We also explain why using the correct amount matters. Because Mango Body Butter™ is concentrated, a small amount can often cover both hands.
Step Five: Feel the Difference
Once the ritual is complete, feel the skin on your hands and compare it with the untreated skin farther up your wrists or forearms.
