Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every order. If not, you can request a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Return window & eligibility

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Final sale items (e.g., gift cards, samples, and last-chance items) aren’t returnable.

Return shipping

  • Shipping to you is free.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use any trackable carrier. We’re not responsible for returns lost without tracking.

How to start a return

Email help@fateskincare.com with your order #, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason. We’ll reply with the return address and packing instructions.

Exchanges

Want a different item? Email us with your order # and the item you’d like instead. We’ll send steps and ship the replacement once the original is received.

Refund timing

Refunds (or store credit, if you choose) are issued within 3–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at help@fateskincare.com with photos. We’ll replace it at no cost and cover shipping.

Fate Skincare reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
