From Eczema to Everyday Comfort: Why We Created Fast Acting Relief Balm™

Fate Skincare™ was born from a father's mission.

When conventional products failed to improve his daughter's eczema, founder Geoffrey Bohanon began searching for another way. What started as a personal journey eventually became a company dedicated to helping people care for their skin with confidence through handcrafted, plant-based products.

For years, customers came to Fate seeking support for dry, sensitive, and eczema-prone skin. As they shared their stories, we noticed something interesting.

Many people weren't just struggling with their skin.

They were struggling with discomfort.

The Connection Between Skin and Comfort

Anyone who has experienced eczema understands that the challenge often extends beyond the visible skin.

Common areas affected by eczema include:

  • The inside of the elbows
  • Behind the knees
  • Wrists and hands
  • Ankles and feet
  • Neck and shoulders

These are areas that experience constant movement throughout the day.

When skin becomes dry, irritated, or compromised, even normal movement can feel less comfortable. Customers frequently shared stories about discomfort in the same areas where their skin concerns appeared.

Those conversations inspired us to think beyond skincare alone.

Expanding the Mission

Fate Skincare™ began with eczema, but our mission has always been larger than any single condition.

Our goal is to help people feel more comfortable in their own skin.

As customers shared concerns about everyday muscle tension, joint discomfort, neck stiffness, and shoulder aches, we began developing products designed to complement our skincare collections and support overall wellness.

That's what led to the creation of Fast Acting Relief Balm™.

Why We Created Fast Acting Relief Balm™

Fast Acting Relief Balm™ was developed for people seeking a targeted, plant-based option for muscles, joints, neck, and shoulders.

Powered by our proprietary Comfrey Miracle Complex™, this concentrated balm is designed for intentional application and massage, allowing customers to focus on specific areas as part of their daily wellness routine.

Unlike our Pain Free Roller™, which offers convenient, on-the-go application, Fast Acting Relief Balm™ provides a richer experience that many customers enjoy using at home, after exercise, before bed, or during moments of self-care.

The two products work differently, but they share the same purpose:

Helping customers care for themselves naturally.

A Customer Experience We Won't Forget

Recently, a customer shared a 5-star review after trying Fast Acting Relief Balm™.

She wrote:

"Geoffrey was amazing! I wasn't able to raise my shoulder up. After he worked on my shoulder... I'm able to reach for the sky! 10/10 would recommend him and their products!"

She also shared a photo of the product she experienced firsthand.

Stories like this remind us why Fate Skincare™ has always believed in demonstrations, education, and allowing customers to experience products before making a purchase.

Action Speaks Louder Than Words

At Fate Skincare™, we've never believed that trust should be built through promises alone.

That's why customers are encouraged to experience products firsthand.

Whether someone visits us for eczema-prone skin, dry hands, body care, beard care, or products designed to support everyday comfort, our philosophy remains the same:

Confidence comes from experience.

Because in the end, action speaks louder than words.
