📲 What You’ll Need

To participate in the program, students (not parents) must have:

  • Their own cell phone number – for program-related communication and scheduling.
  • Their own bank account – so they can receive their training stipend directly.

This is your program. We treat you like a young professional. That means showing up prepared, communicating clearly, following through on responsibilities, and taking accountability for your own growth. We’re here to support you—but the effort starts with you.

📝 Consent Form

All participants under the age of 14 must have a signed consent form on file before joining the program. This form explains what to expect, outlines participant responsibilities, and ensures we have parent/guardian permission to support you throughout the experience.

👨👩👧👦 A Note for Parents

We love supportive parents—but we also believe in letting students grow. This program simulates a real job environment. Students must be responsible for their own communication, attendance, and behavior.

Parents may be asked to step back if their involvement becomes disruptive (e.g., hovering during training, over-managing). We’re here to empower your child—and that means letting them lead.

💼 Accountability & Growth

This is more than just a program. It’s a professional experience. Every student is responsible for showing up, staying engaged, and doing their part. We’re here to support you—but we expect you to take it seriously.
